4You leave with the knowledge, the direction and the tools to run your own strategy.
The investment
Fees depend on your tier and are set out on the 15-minute call, in euros.
Great music deserves more than visibility. It deserves an audience.
You spent years on your craft, or on the artists, the venue or the school you run. Then a release, a season or a programme goes out and disappears in a week. You post, you pitch, you pay for a campaign, and the numbers barely move. Most people in music we talk to say one of these five things:
01
"I'm releasing music, but nobody is listening."
Every release feels invisible outside your own circle.
02
"I don't know how to promote my music."
Ads, PR, playlists: you can't tell what's worth your budget.
03
"Social media is wearing me out."
Hours of content, little return, and you feel more like a content creator than a musician.
04
"I can't get on playlists."
Editorial curators ignore you and the algorithm doesn't seem to know you exist.
05
"I'm doing everything, and nothing grows."
Posting, releasing, pitching, spending. Still flat.
Where music needs to be found: streaming platforms, search engines, AI assistants and social apps.
None of this is a talent problem. It's a strategy problem on two fronts: getting discovered, on streaming platforms, in search and in AI answers, and turning the people who discover you into an audience that stays. That's why this programme has two experts.
This is a coaching and learning experience, not a done-for-you service. You come out understanding how discovery and audience growth work in today's music industry, and able to make your own decisions.
01
Music industry knowledge you can use
How streaming platforms, playlists, search engines and AI assistants decide what gets heard and who gets shown, explained on your own project.
02
Strategic clarity for your music project
Where you stand, what matters at your stage, and what no longer deserves your time or your budget.
03
Guidance from two music specialists
Direct answers from two people who work in the industry now, on your questions, your numbers and your releases.
04
Tools and methods for your music
Checklists, templates and working methods you keep and reuse for every release.
05
Confidence in your own music decisions
You know what to do next, and why. You can judge offers, agencies and advice for yourself.
What to expect. The sessions are hands-on, and part of the work happens with us. The rest is yours to carry out afterwards, at your own pace. We don't run your accounts or do the implementation for you.
Artists first, and the people who work with them: producers, managers, live music venue owners and music school directors. We'd rather tell you now than after you've paid.
This is for you if
You make music professionally, or you work with those who do: as a producer, a manager, a venue owner or a school director.
You're good at the craft and unsure how to sell it.
You'd rather understand how it works than collect another list of tips.
You're ready to put your name and face on your own work.
You can give the work a few hours a week after the sessions. The implementation is yours.
This isn't for you if
You want to go viral by Friday.
You want someone to run your accounts or do the work for you.
You're looking for guaranteed streams or bought playlist placements.
You're looking for free help. (Our free audit is below.)
Four questions, thirty seconds. Your answer pre-fills the application.
Question 1 of 4
Your website today?
Your YouTube channel?
Instagram and TikTok followers, combined?
What sounds most like you?
Your stage
Foundation: Be Found
You're at Foundation: Be Found. You have the music. What's missing is a place people can find it and a clear first direction. We start with your identity, your owned platforms and your first release strategy.
You're at Growth: Be Heard. You're active, but growth has stalled. We look at why your releases aren't travelling and work on the two or three things holding them back, on streaming and in search.
You're at Authority: Be Connected. You've built an audience. Now the work is being the name that comes up, in Google, in AI answers, with curators and with partners, and turning listeners into fans who stay and pay.
What you learn, and what it changes for your music
Every tier is two coaching sessions: one with Camille on music streaming strategy, audience development and fan engagement, one with Byron on search, web and AI visibility. Same week, separate slots, so each of them gives you their full attention.
Foundation: Be Found
You're releasing music, but you're hard to find online.
No website, a dormant or missing YouTube channel, a few hundred followers. You have an artistic identity. You don't yet have a way for strangers to discover it.
What you work on
With Byron
How to build an online presence as a musician without spreading yourself thin.
Whether you need a website now or later, and what to use meanwhile.
Google and YouTube basics so your name returns you, not someone else.
One consistent name, photo and bio across every platform.
With Camille
Your artistic positioning in one clear sentence.
How music streaming platforms treat a new artist, and your Spotify for Artists and Apple Music for Artists profiles set up properly.
Who your first audience is, and a first-release strategy to reach them.
After the sessions You understand how a new artist gets discovered, and you know your first moves for the next 90 days.
Prices will be published here shortly. Until then, your tier and your fee are set out on the 15-minute call.

Two seasoned music industry professionals. Not marketing generalists.
Stream & Rise is a music marketing coaching programme for independent artists and music professionals, co-led by Byron Baron, an SEO strategist, web developer and opera singer based in Montreal, and Camille Jamet, a music project development strategist and former Lead Music Programming at Amazon Music.
Byron Baron
SEO, web and AI visibility
Byron is a working opera singer who builds websites and search strategy for musicians through his studio, BtheMusic!. His work made a Montreal bassist the answer Google's AI Overview gives for "professional bassist montreal." He runs your session on how people find you: Google, YouTube and AI assistants.
Music streaming strategy, audience development and fan engagement
Camille worked at Sony Music and led music programming at Amazon Music, building release and playlist strategy for artists including Michael Jackson, Céline Dion, Julien Doré and Jain. She is an accredited trainer, a certified coach and the author of Réussir son projet musical. She runs your session on what happens once they press play.
Why two. Streaming platforms and search engines decide who gets heard using different rules. Most coaches know one side. You get both, each from someone who has worked inside it.
Our first cohort is open now. We're taking a small group of artists so each one gets full attention. With their permission, their results will appear here, written by them, not by us.
Fifteen questions to find out what's holding your online growth back, and what to do about each one. One page, self-scored, the same checklist Byron uses in a first client session. Useful whether or not you ever apply.
One email with the PDF, then occasional practical advice. Unsubscribe anytime.
FAQ
Questions music professionals ask us
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on your tier and are set out on the 15-minute call, in euros. You pay each specialist directly for their own session, so you receive two invoices. We don't publish prices because the right tier matters more than the cheapest one.
How is this different from a music marketing course?
A course gives everyone the same material. Here, two people who've worked inside the industry look at your project, your numbers and your stage, and coach you through building your own strategy.
Why two sessions instead of one?
Each specialist works deepest in their own field: Byron on how you're found in search, on YouTube and in AI answers; Camille on music streaming strategy, audience development and fan engagement. Two separate sessions mean each one gets your full attention.
Do I need a website if I already have Spotify and Instagram?
Not always right away. If you're early in your career, we may tell you to wait and use simpler tools first. But a website is the one platform you own: an account can be hacked or an algorithm can change overnight, and your site stays.
Will this help me show up in ChatGPT and AI search, not just Google?
Yes, especially at Growth and Authority. AI assistants lean heavily on what already ranks in search, so we work on both together.
Can you get me on Spotify editorial playlists?
Nobody honest can promise that. Camille shows you how editorial, algorithmic and independent playlists actually choose tracks, how to pitch properly, and how to avoid paying for fake playlists.
Are sessions in English or French?
Both. Byron runs his sessions in English or in French (with a Québécois accent); Camille in French or English. Tell us your preference in the application.
Will you do the work for me?
No. This is coaching: you learn how it works, we guide you on your own project, and you leave with the tools to do it. Part of the work happens in the sessions. The implementation afterwards is yours. If you want someone to run your accounts, an agency is a better fit.
I'm not a musician. Is this for me?
Yes, if you work in music. Producers, managers, live music venue owners and music school directors face the same two questions: how to be found and how to build an audience. Tell us about your project in the application. For teams and organisations we often build a custom scope.
I'm just starting out. Is it too early?
That's what Foundation is for. It's built for musicians with little or no online footprint, and it starts with identity and positioning before any tools.
Tell us where your music project is. We'll tell you if we can help.
Fifteen questions, about five minutes. We read every application ourselves and reply within two business days. If it's a fit, you'll get a link to book a 15-minute call. If it isn't, we'll say so and point you to something that will help.
